Grievance Redressal

Complaints are generally resolved within seven working days, and updates are shared via your registered email or contact method.  

Our designated Grievance Officer ensures fair handling of unresolved complaints in compliance with applicable laws like IT Act, 2000.

Submit complaints through the Contact Us section with order ID, issue description, and supporting photos or documents for faster resolution. 

A grievance is any complaint regarding products, deliveries, payments, returns, refunds, or customer service for which resolution is needed.
